DeepReach is seeking a builder to own and scale its global Data Partner network from the San Francisco Bay Area. This COO-track role combines network expansion with operations, turning a distributed set of partners into a scalable data capacity engine.

You will recruit DataPreneurs, onboard AI data companies, and design processes, incentives, and governance across markets, with potential progression into broader leadership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled ventures from 0→1 and 1→10.
• Able to recruit partners, negotiate deals, and design processes.
• Willing to manage across countries and time zones.
• Strong analytical mind for unit economics, incentives, productivity, and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and operations of the Data Partner ecosystem.
• Recruit and onboard DataPreneurs and AI data companies.
• Build regional leadership structures across markets.
• Design onboarding, training, incentive, and performance systems.
• Coordinate hardware deployment across networks.
• Translate data requirements into scalable capacity across countries and partners.
• Partner with engineering to improve data quality and automation.
• Develop dashboards and operating systems for capacity and performance.
