Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a technical field preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate a critical eye and keen attention to detail for written prose and charts, tables and spreadsheets and the ability to stay on top of changing data/facts across multiple documents with ease.
• Strong writing skills: The ability to communicate effectively through the written word is a critical skill.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining data workflows, automations, or integrations using tools such as Python, Javascript, or a comparable programming language.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional projects with substantial autonomy and influence stakeholders across technical and business

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the Global Partnerships data ecosystem, including the core datasets and data pipelines.
• Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure and reliable pipelines that connect Global Partnerships systems.
• Uphold the highest standards of data precision and monitor and rectify discrepancies across different platforms.
• Evaluate and implement tools and integrations to improve visibility, connectivity, and decision-making.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools and agentic workflows to remove manual work and drive adoption across the team.
• Lead automation and process development to improve data accuracy, reliability, and speed.
• Act as the team's AI thought partner and translate emerging tools into concrete improvements.
• Build visualizations and analyses that provide insights on fund performance and portfolio data.
