Firecrawl is seeking a Partnerships Manager for its SF HQ to own inbound and outbound data partnerships, drive provider signings, and scale the Alexandria catalog. You will own two motions: attracting providers and listing sources, from first contact to a live listing, with cross-functional support from engineers.

The role emphasizes supply-side deal work, performance metrics, and fast-paced execution in a startup environment. Hybrid onsite presence in San Francisco is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in partnerships or data licensing.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with inbound/outbound deal work and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Run the inbound queue and manage the partnerships inbox.
• Call the technical evaluations with engineers.
• Develop outbound partner map based on agent demand.
• Lead outreach with research-backed touches and maintain a named pipeline.
• Qualify rights, redistribution terms, and deal viability.
• Negotiate commercial terms and signing path.
• Hand off signed providers with full listing details.
