Qualifications

• 15+ years in large-scale network operations or infrastructure engineering.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles in global environments.
• Experience with 24x7 follow-the-sun incident management.
• Professional certifications in network technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for global data network operations.
• Lead a large distributed technical team across data centers, branches, and cloud.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and incident response.
• Oversee diagnosis and resolution of complex network issues (routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls).
• Establish and track KPIs to improve reliability and efficiency.
