Job summary

GNC is seeking a Senior Director, Infrastructure & Technology Services to own the technology backbone across cloud, network, data center, and end-user computing. This hands-on leadership role reports to the CDTO and drives reliability, security, and service quality for stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices.

You will lead teams, balance uptime with forward-looking cloud maturity, and partner with executive leaders to align infrastructure with growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years leading infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations.
• Experience with Azure and ITIL-based service management.
• Retail tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for cloud, network, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead cloud, network, and data center operations teams to ensure high availability.
• Drive AI-ready infrastructure and scalable platforms.
• Oversee end-user computing and hardware lifecycle.
• Own IT service management, incident, change, and problem processes.
• Partner with Security, Risk, and Finance on budget and risk.
• Develop a high-performing infrastructure organization and culture.
