Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead global partnerships with hyperscale, colocation, cloud, and enterprise data center customers. You will report to the Industry Director and coordinate across sales, engineering, services, software, and support teams to expand our data center footprint worldwide.

You will build trusted relationships with executives responsible for data center operations, sustainability, and digital transformation, and develop annual strategic plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel approximately 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Represent Rockwell Automation's products, software, and services portfolio in data center environments.
• Engage executive stakeholders to articulate business value and link to uptime, capacity, energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and influencers across global data center organizations.
• Develop and execute growth strategies increasing Rockwell Automation's share of wallet.
• Coordinate with product units, industry teams, and geographic sales to provide access to full resources.
• Support customers in planning, expansion, and modernization with OT, analytics, and infrastructure optimization insights.
