Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks an Account Development Manager - Datacenter to acquire new customers and drive revenue by targeting mid-tier and multinational accounts. Texas-based with LATAM coverage, you will understand product lines and craft multi-faceted solutions for decision makers.

You will travel up to 40% and report to the Industry Sales Manager, Emerging Industries, leveraging IoT/IIoT knowledge and executive-level selling experience to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 40%.
• Experience with IoT/IIoT and ARR/subscription models is a plus.
• Experience selling to senior management and datacenter clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives for each sales call and tailor materials for decision makers.
• Configure solutions and negotiate terms within defined commercial parameters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build external customer relationships.
• Develop a network in the business sector and represent the organization at events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, regulatory codes, and standards.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.
