Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Account Development Manager - Datacenter in Texas who will drive new business by targeting mid-tier and multinational customers across the Latin America region. You will develop acquisition strategies, know the product line, and build relationships with decision-makers.

You will report to the Industry Sales Manager, Emerging Industries, and travel up to 40% while based in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for this role.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to meet customers.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives for each sales call or meeting and tailor materials for decision makers.
• Configure solutions and terms with internal specialists and present to customers.
• Negotiate within predefined commercial parameters.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to build strong customer relationships.
• Develop a network within the business sector and represent the company at events.
• Stay current on policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
