Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Dallas seeks a Director, Sales, Data Centers to lead growth for the Digital & Data portfolio across data-center owners, developers and hyperscalers.

You will own pipeline, develop market strategy, and coordinate co-sell programs across Jacobs units and partners. The role demands a proven record of closing multi-million deals, deep data-center and digital stack knowledge, and executive-level relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of carrying and delivering an annual sales number.
• Experience selling digital, technology-enabled services and engineering solutions.
• Strong understanding of data-center design, operations and power/cooling considerations.
• Ability to build and execute a market strategy across multiple geographies and units.

Responsibilities

• Own an annual pipeline and sales closure target for Digital & Data in the Data Centers market, with accountability for bookings and forecast updates.
• Develop and execute a Data Centers growth strategy across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: account planning, capture strategy, proposals, negotiations and close.
• Drive co-selling across Jacobs units, PA Consulting and tech partners to win integrated scopes.
• Represent Jacobs at industry events and maintain rigorous CRM and reporting discipline.
