Job summary

Jacobs in Houston seeks a Director, Sales, Data Centers to lead growth for Jacobs' Digital & Data portfolio in the Data Centers market. You will connect Jacobs' digital capabilities to owner needs, hyperscalers and partners, driving a robust pipeline and bookings.

You will orchestrate co-selling across Jacobs units, PA Consulting and technology partners, building executive relationships and shaping winning proposals through the full sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of carrying and delivering an annual sales number in digital/technology services.
• Experience leading full sales lifecycle: strategy, pipeline, capture, proposals, negotiations, closing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with matrixed orgs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own an annual pipeline and sales closure target for Digital & Data in the Data Centers market with bookings and forecast accountability.
• Develop Data Centers growth strategy across Americas, EMEA & Asia Pacific.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from planning to close with executive reviews and negotiations.
• Drive co-selling with Jacobs' operating units, PA Consulting and partners to package joint solutions.
• Create value propositions linking digital twins, cybersecurity, and data analytics to client outcomes.
