Job summary

Jacobs, a global engineering and professional services leader, is seeking a Director of Sales for Data Centers within its Digital & Data portfolio. You will drive growth, shape strategy and lead cross‑unit selling to data center owners, developers and hyperscalers.

You will own the annual pipeline, manage multi‑million dollar opportunities and partner with PA Consulting and technology providers to deliver integrated digital and engineering solutions that meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum market experience in Data Centers and understanding of buyers.
• Working technical knowledge of data center design and operations.
• Digital delivery background with cloud/integration experience.
• Practical familiarity with AI deployments and value creation.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar sales wins.
• Experience leading full sales lifecycle from strategy to close.
• Ability to lead cross-unit co-sell in matrixed orgs.
• Executive presence with client and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own annual pipeline and bookings targets for Digital & Data in Data Centers.
• Develop and execute growth strategy across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: planning, qualification, capture, proposals.
• Drive co-selling with operating units and partners.
• Create value propositions linking digital twins, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Maintain CRM, pipeline, forecasting and market intelligence.
• Represent Jacobs at industry forums and events.
