Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Director, Sales, Data Centers to drive growth of the Digital & Data portfolio in the Data Centers market. You will connect Jacobs\' digital and technology capabilities with owners, developers and hyperscalers globally, owning the full sales cycle from origination to signed contract.

You will develop market strategies, manage a robust pipeline, and lead co-sell efforts with operating units and external partners to secure multi-million-dollar opportunities while delivering

Qualifications

• Market experience in Data Centers including hyperscale, colocation and enterprise buyers.
• Technical knowledge of data center design, cooling and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with cloud, data platforms, APIs, IoT and BIM in digital twin environments.
• Experience selling multi-million-dollar technology-enabled services.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from origination to close.

Responsibilities

• Own annual pipeline and bookings targets for Data Centers in Jacobs' Digital & Data portfolio.
• Lead Data Centers growth strategy across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
• Build and convert a strong pipeline from origination to contract award.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: planning, qualification, capture, proposals, negotiations, close.
• Drive co-selling across Jacobs units, partnerships and tech providers.
• Develop value propositions linking digital twins, cybersecurity and data analytics to outcomes.
• Represent Jacobs at industry events and partner ecosystems.
