Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Director, Sales, Data Centers to lead the growth of its Digital & Data portfolio in the Data Centers market globally. You will own the annual pipeline, shepherd opportunities from origination to contract, and build strong executive relationships with hyperscalers, developers and partners.

The role requires a proven, multi-market sales track record, deep understanding of data center design and digital delivery, and the ability to translate capabilities into measurable client

Qualifications

• Proven track record of carrying and delivering an annual sales number.
• Experience selling consulting, engineering, infrastructure, software, data, analytics, cybersecurity, automation.
• Executive presence and communication skills to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own an annual pipeline and sales closure target for Digital & Data in the Data Centers market, with accountability for bookings and forecast.
• Develop and execute a Data Centers growth strategy across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes including qualification, capture, proposal, negotiations and close.
• Drive co-selling with Jacobs operating units, PA Consulting, and partners to package joint solutions and pursue integrated scopes.
• Create value propositions linking digital twins, cybersecurity, and data analytics to client outcomes.
• Build senior relationships with hyperscalers, developers, and operators to shape demand early.
• Maintain CRM, pipeline, and reporting disciplines with transparent updates to leadership.
