Qualifications

• 12+ years of real estate transactions experience with US and international exposure.
• Strong negotiation of data center leases, power/utility agreements, and office leases.
• Experience leading site selection, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise real estate transactions and due diligence.
• Negotiate data center leases, power/utility agreements, and related contracts.
• Coordinate cross-border transactions across multiple geographies and teams.
• Mentor internal teams and advise on contract terms and risk.
