Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a senior leader to drive Land, Power, and Shell (LPS) strategy for its global data center footprint. You will own end-to-end site strategy, evaluate complex land and power opportunities, and coordinate with utilities, developers, architects, and builders to deliver powered shell programs that meet NVIDIA’s capacity needs.

The role requires 15+ years in land, power, and data center infrastructure, plus 7+ years leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in practice.
• 15+ years in land, power and data center infrastructure development, focused on site strategy and execution.
• 7+ years building, training and managing teams.
• Practical understanding of power procurement and delivery, permitting, and data center site realities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end LPS site strategy from scouting to shell delivery.
• Lead assessment of land and power opportunities including interconnection timelines.
• Partner with developers, utilities, architects, and construction teams to build powered shell programs.
• Navigate permitting, zoning, and local dynamics to de-risk timelines.
