Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior leader to drive Land, Power, Shell strategy for its global data center footprint from Santa Clara, CA. You will own site strategy, assess land and power opportunities, and lead powered shell programs with cross‑functional teams and local authorities.

You will engage utilities and developers, translate complex realities into executable plans, and influence leadership on prioritization and investment decisions. Equity and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
15+ years in land, power, and data center infrastructure with site strategy execution.
7+ years leading and developing teams.
Practical understanding of power procurement, permitting, and complex site realities.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end LPS site strategy from scouting to shell delivery.
Evaluate land and power opportunities including grid constraints and interconnection timelines.
Collaborate with developers, utilities, architects, and construction teams on powered shell programs.
Navigate permitting and zoning to de-risk timelines and accelerate power readiness.
Build relationships with utilities, developers, ISPs, and local partners to improve deal flow.
Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership on site prioritization and investments.
