Qualifications

• BS/BA/BEng in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred; advanced operations experience is a plus.
• 10+ years in data center operations, infrastructure, hardware, and networking.
• 4+ years leading distributed and diverse teams; strong stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs across functions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class Data Center Operations team with diverse skills.
• Define NVIDIA’s strategic approach to global Data Center growth and operations.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for performance management.
• Establish relationships with internal and external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Break down silos to enable transparent, proactive service delivery and governance.
• Lead key meetings to align leadership on status, roadmaps, and initiatives.
• Identify risks, track them, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Transition from reactive firefighting to proactive, planned services.
