Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Senior Manager, Real Estate Transactions to lead the acquisition, diligence, contracting, and closing of large-scale data center sites. You will organize requirements into workstreams, track deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Real Estate, Legal, Development, and Finance.

You will modernize transaction management by leveraging data standards, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to improve contract administration, reporting, and payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• Seven+ years in commercial real estate transactions, title, land or development, or related field.
• Experience reviewing title and surveys and managing title-curative matters.
• Strong understanding of acquisitions, due diligence, contract administration, payments, and closings.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency with data management, dashboards, reporting systems, automation, or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from initial evaluation through diligence, contracting, closing, and post-closing.
• Review title commitments, ownership records, surveys, deeds; identify risks such as easements and encroachments.
• Develop title-curative plans and coordinate with title companies, counsel, landowners, and officials.
• Track deadlines, deposits, payments, closing conditions, approvals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate matters across Real Estate, Legal, Development, Project Management, Energy, Engineering, Finance, and Accounting.
• Translate requirements into tasks with owners and deadlines; escalate material risks to the Director.
