Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in project delivery management.
• 5+ years in field services and/or customer support for hardware & software.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with collaborators.
• Understand architecture and facilitate decisions on solutions.
• Ensure requirements are produced to standard promptly.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
• Communicate via conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Lead complex installations and report issues to operations partners.
• Communicate project changes and release notices to customers.
