Qualifications

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Understand high and low level technical architecture and facilitate decisions on solutions.
• Ensure company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
• Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Manage complex installations and escalations to proper points.
• Communicate project changes and release notices to customers.
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly.
• Be willing to work irregular hours as required.
