Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee field activities across major data center projects.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to specifications, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks while coordinating with GC and subcontractors to drive schedule and commissioning outcomes. The CM will conduct regular site walks, manage QA/QC programs, review ITPs and shop drawings, and provide actionable recommendations to ensure on-time delivery of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive construction QA/QC experience.
• Experience on large-scale data center or critical facilities projects.
• Proficiency with quality documentation tools (Procore, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Spend 70-80% of time in the field conducting site walks and inspections.
• Oversee GC EHS processes, safety plan implementation and toolbox talks.
• Monitor safety, quality control, and adherence to schedules.
• Review QC plans, ITPs, material testing, and workmanship.
• Document findings and provide actionable recommendations with PM.
