Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Sr. Data Center Security Business Operations Program Manager to own the financial, contractual, and procurement backbone of our data center security program in Bellevue.

You will manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, standardize vendor contracting, build the rhythm of business, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and DC Security to scale in a cost-effective way. This role demands strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, business operations, finance, procurement, or contracts management in data center or physical security environments.
• Experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis at scale.
• Strong understanding of vendor contracting and procurement processes (MSAs, SOWs, POs, RFPs).
• Ability to build standards, templates, rhythms of business, and reporting for a growing organization.
• Translate security needs into clear financial plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage data center security program budget (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Lead rhythm of business with budget reviews, standards, templates, and training.
• Standardize security vendor contracting (MSA/SOW) with Legal.
• Oversee procurement standards and POs with Procurement.
• Report spend metrics and build dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Lead or support security vendor RFPs end to end.
• Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and escalations for security vendors.
• Provide OKR and other business reporting for DC Security.
