Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs ensuring scalable, reliable global infrastructure. You will own the DC Ops roadmap, drive execution, and partner with cross-functional teams to keep milestones on track.

You will provide executive-level updates on status, risks, and performance, and develop SOPs to standardize processes across locations. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic portfolio oversight in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Direct experience within data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.
• Experience in providing executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Demonstrated experience establishing processes and driving execution in high-growth, fast-paced operational environments.
• Experience building and improving program governance structures and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the DC Ops roadmap and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Resolve bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness.
• Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Establish SOPs for global consistency and proactive risk management.
• Balance hands-on execution with strategic portfolio coordination with DC Ops leadership.
