Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI™, is seeking a Sr. Data Center Security Business Operations Program Manager to own financial, contractual, and procurement backbone of the data center security program.

You will manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, standardize MSAs/SOWs, and build the rhythm of business with templates, training, and reporting to scale the security organization cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, business operations, finance, procurement, or contracts management in data center or physical security environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the data center security program budget across OPEX and CAPEX, partnering with Finance to forecast and track actuals.
• Establish and lead the RoB with budget reviews, standards, templates, and training for financial discipline and transparency.
• Standardize security vendor contracting, including MSAs and SOWs, with Legal for compliant terms and protections.
• Lead procurement standards and PO processing with Procurement for timely delivery.
• Report spend metrics and build dashboards for leadership visibility on budget health and vendor performance.
• Manage vendor RFPs end to end—scoping, evaluations, and awards to ensure best value.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, renewals, and escalation across security vendors.
• Provide OKR reporting and other business reporting for the DC Security org.
• Build relationships with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and DC Security to improve governance.
• Scale the security business operations program as the data center portfolio grows.
