Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Data Center Security Business Operations Program Manager. You will own financial and contractual aspects of the data center security program, aligning with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to scale budgets and vendor management.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Data Center Risk and Assurance. You will standardize contracting, manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and drive the rhythm of business, dashboards, and governance across security ops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, finance, procurement, or contracts management in data center, critical infrastructure, or physical security environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, forecasting, variance analysis at scale.
• Strong vendor contracting knowledge: MSAs, SOWs, POs, competitive RFPs.
• Ability to build standards, templates, rhythms of business, and reporting that scale across a growing, cross‑functional organization.
• Translate security/operational needs into clear financial plans, contractual requirements, and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the data center security program budget across OPEX and CAPEX with forecasts and variance reduction.
• Lead the security organization’s Rhythm of Business with budget reviews, templates, training, and reporting.
• Standardize security vendor contracting (MSA/SOW) with Legal for best value and compliant terms.
• Guide procurement standards and processing of purchase orders with Procurement for timely delivery.
• Report spend metrics and build dashboards for leadership visibility on budget health and vendor performance.
• Lead or support security vendor RFPs end to end from scoping to award for fair value.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs/KPIs; own contract lifecycles, renewals, escalations.
• Provide OKR and other business reporting for DC Security.
