Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our hyperscale data center infrastructure from planning to operational delivery.

You will translate long-range capacity forecasts and complex customer requirements into fully commissioned infrastructure, leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations. This role shapes scalable, repeatable processes for our global fleet.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in a hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure environment.
• Direct experience managing lifecycle of large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or capacity expansions.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Critical Path) and tools like Jira/Asana.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of hyperscale data center builds and capacity expansions from planning to delivery.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans with scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies.
• Translate capacity forecasts and stakeholder needs into actionable program requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to mitigate risks to schedule and budget.
• Develop and report program status, risks, and KPIs to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve complex technical/logistical issues with clear communication and escalation.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and SLAs across build teams.
