Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical team management experience.
• 2+ years of data center experience or related field (e.g., CS, Networking).
• Willingness to travel between data centers and sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of engineers for data center operations.
• Maintain and upgrade existing data centers and build new ones.
• Improve processes and metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure safety standards and incident/change/capacity management.
