Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Product Lifecycle Mechanical Engineer to lead lifecycle management of Mechanical Cooling products in AWS data centers. You will own product lifecycle, collaborate globally with suppliers, and support operations from design to deployment and sustainment.

You will work with a diverse team of engineers, manufacturing and supply chain professionals to improve reliability, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, cost-effective infrastructure globally.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recommendations with engineering judgement amidst uncertainty.
• Work with global mechanical equipment suppliers and manufacturers.
• Support operations including failure mode analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Own the product lifecycle of Mechanical AWS products in data centers.
• Explain complex systems in clear language for diverse teams.
• Collaborate with product development to understand product facets during development.
