Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Ops Manager to oversee operations across our portfolio of Global Data Centers. This role drives continuous improvement, manages timelines, budgets, risks, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for EOS and clients.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership of global technical teams, strong networking knowledge, ITIL background, and automation experience to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing global technical teams and supporting enterprise network deployments and operations.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including routers, switches, dynamic routing protocols, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with process improvement and systems development, particularly through automation to streamline workflows.
• Demonstrated ability in managing change control processes and conducting maintenance activities in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and successful completion of data center and network installation projects.
• Ensure alignment with project goals and milestones.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans defining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Drive execution to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subcontractors.
• Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource management for project delivery.
• Oversee resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials; optimize utilization.
• Establish and implement rigorous quality control measures to meet specifications.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to stay on time and within scope.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost-saving opportunities; report accurately.
• Prepare status reports and updates for leadership and clients.
• Lead post-project reviews and extract lessons for future improvements.
