Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an expert Sr. Customer Technical Program Manager to drive planning and execution of multi-disciplinary infrastructure deployment programs with third-party partners.

You will lead data center solutions from proof-of-concept to production, balancing process, quality and speed. You will partner with engineering, operations, product management and sales, deliver executive-level reports, and translate customer needs into actionable tasks while ensuring on-time deployment and issue

Qualifications

• BS/MS Engineering or CS degree required.
• Proven track record delivering Data Center Enterprise solutions with planning, execution and executive reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and tactics for integration of NVIDIA platforms for complex AI deployments.
• Lead cross-functional project planning, kickoff, scheduling and technical reviews.
• Drive issue resolution, track customer-reported problems, and ensure timely deployments.
• Provide regular executive status reports and coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, product, and sales teams.
