Job summary

Baseten is seeking a Delivery Director for capacity programs overseeing on-prem data center builds and GPU/neo cloud delivery. You will own end-to-end delivery from site commitments to production-ready capacity, coordinating across colo providers, network engineering, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, delivery management, or infrastructure program leadership.
• Direct experience delivering on-prem data center builds (power, cooling, network, rack-and-stack) from planning through go-live.
• Experience with GPU cloud / neo cloud capacity delivery and contracts with providers.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of on-prem infrastructure builds across colo, power/cooling, rack/stack, network, and hardware acceptance testing.
• Drive neo cloud delivery programs with GPU cloud and partner providers, including milestones, SLAs, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain master delivery schedules across multi-site, multi-vendor programs integrating timelines and hardware lead times.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical risks into clear updates for leadership.
• Own vendor and partner relationships and hold them accountable to delivery commitments.
• Run risk and dependency management, identifying critical paths and mitigating proactively.
• Establish delivery governance with standard frameworks, RAID logs, and regular reviews.
• Drive capacity planning alignment with business contracts and growth targets.
• Lead post-mortems to improve cost, speed, and predictability of future builds.
