Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing programs with direct customer engagement.
• Strong leadership in global, matrixed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale datacenter projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and technical engagement with CSPs and ODM/OEM partners.
• Integrate datacenter tools and operationalize processes for AI factory build-out; resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
• Ensure reliable assembly of AI infrastructure platforms by coordinating with CSPs' ODMs/OEMs to meet metrics and schedules.
• Assemble and guide cross-functional teams; ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Provide technical direction on server system building with subject matter experts; manage timelines and proactively resolve blockers.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific features and production deployment.
• Communicate program status, risks, and insights to senior leadership.
