Job summary

Konstruct Staff is seeking a senior programs leader to own planning, budgeting, and risk management for global data center delivery. You’ll run projects hands-on while guiding a team of PMs, construction managers, and superintendents from kickoff to handover.

With 10+ years in hyperscale data center or large infrastructure construction, you’ve delivered fast-track projects across geographies. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus, and you’re comfortable traveling 50%+ to active sites.

Qualifications

• Plans, budgets and risk management experience for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to run phase-gate reviews and manage contract lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated master schedules from mobilization through substantial completion.
• Own budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance.
• Run phase-gate design reviews, RACI matrices, and contract lifecycles end-to-end.
• Get ahead of long-lead risks and equipment before they become critical-path problems.
