Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of hyperscale data centres. You will coordinate design, engineering, and construction, managing scope, schedule, quality, and risk to deliver on time and to specification.

You will work closely with discipline Project Managers and external partners, maintaining budget visibility and coordinating with internal teams to deliver world‑class, sustainable infrastructure for AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in the data centre or mission-critical sector is preferred.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline delivery teams across geographies.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, scheduling, and coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data centre project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and quality to align with objectives.
• Coordinate discipline Project Managers (MEP, CSA, Mechanical, Electrical) and ensure integration.
• Maintain oversight of budgets and schedules, reporting progress and risks.
• Collaborate with Design for reviews, approvals, and documentation control.
• Work with general contractors on resource planning and performance.
• Drive adherence to milestones and develop recovery plans for delays.
• Build and maintain a strong safety culture with auditing and engagement.
• Chair regular status meetings and communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk identification, tracking, and early resolution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, EH&S, Finance, and Operations for seamless delivery.
