Job summary

Fluidstack in the United States seeks a Construction Program Manager to drive planning, budgeting, and risk-management for hyperscale data center builds. You will develop master schedules, coordinate across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and align stakeholders from kickoff to turnover.

The role requires leading multi-region teams, managing contracts and change orders, and traveling 80–100% to active sites. PMI-PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Led project management on hyperscale data center or large infrastructure builds.
• Deep understanding of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Expert with scheduling, cost controls, and collaboration tools.
• Willing to travel 80-100% to active sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, and risk-management for global data center builds.
• Build integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, from kickoff to turnover.
• Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance.
• Facilitate phase-gate reviews, maintain RACI matrices, and manage contract lifecycles.
• Identify critical-path and long-lead risks and coordinate mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and staffing plans.
