Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program or project management across multiple global regions, specifically within mission-critical facilities or design-build/real estate development.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external stakeholders to foster relationships, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Execute a clear project delivery strategy and communicate it to internal teams and extended stakeholders, driving milestones and critical path management.
• Oversee project schedule and cost control activities, ensuring adherence to program-level controls, safety, and quality initiatives.
• Lead the design, construction, and capital project support for ongoing operations within a critical region, providing tactical leadership over data center projects.
• Develop and mentor teams of engineers and project managers, acting as a vendor development lead for general and trade contractors.
