Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead international data-center programs valued at $100m+, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality. The role requires coordinating design/construction teams across global sites and managing complex contracts.

Extensive travel (75–100%) is required as you partner with stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within scope. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is expected, with PMP preferred and LEAN knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-project data center construction.
• Strong leadership with Owners, Architects and Contractors.
• Familiar with EVM-based contracts and cost control.
• Global/international project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead international capital construction projects of $100m+.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality across projects.
• Coordinate GC/contractors and design teams for timely delivery.
• Provide executive status updates to senior leadership.
