Qualifications

• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Be Amazon’s construction representative on multiple data center projects from start through hand-off to operations.
• Interface with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, punch-list, and closeout phases.
• Create construction SOWs and RFPS; manage cost, schedule, and quality; oversee documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoices, and programs.
