Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a Customer Success Architect based in India to support global customers. You will guide data management, taxonomy cleanups, and data-flow integration with upstream sources such as Segment and Snowflake, driving value across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing data or analytics role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CDPs and event pipelines (Segment, mParticle, RudderStack).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical hand‑on operator for customers.
• Master Amplitude products to provide strategic benefit in Data Audit & Taxonomy cleanup.
• Map data-flow architecture between Amplitude and upstream sources (Segment, mParticle, Snowflake, BigQuery, RudderStack).
• Create playbooks as Amplitude integrates into data flows and business processes.
• Investigate data discrepancies and propose remediation actions.
• Audit Amplitude implementations against best practices and generate prioritized remediation reports.
• Gather and report trends to optimize processes and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Platform Support and Technical Success teams to improve data management experience.
