Job summary

EPAM Georgia is seeking a Data and AI Solution Architect to design, implement, and deliver enterprise-grade data and AI platforms. You will lead Databricks-based data lake projects, data migration efforts, and semantic data layer creation, while guiding cloud-enabled GenAI initiatives across large client environments.

This role requires strong leadership, deep cloud and security expertise, and the ability to work remotely from Georgia with global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data and AI architecture, design, and implementation.
• Expertise with Azure, MS Fabric, and Databricks.
• Experience with data lakes, distributed scalable apps, and governance.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong English communication.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and GenAI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of data and AI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Design scalable, secure analytics platforms including data lakes and distributed systems.
• Integrate GenAI technologies into business workflows for automation and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural guidance across projects.
