Job summary

EPAM Georgia seeks an experienced Lead BI Analyst to guide data-driven digital transformation across multi-industry projects. You will own elicitation and analysis, mentor teammates, and set quality standards while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

The role supports remote work from Georgia and involves coordinating across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data-related projects, strong SQL, BI tool experience (Power BI/Tableau), and a proven leadership track record

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in data-related projects including BI, data migration, governance, and AI.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, charts, and reports with visualization standards.
Drive end-to-end data migration and modernization, oversee ETL, extraction, transformation, and loading.
Facilitate meetings with clients and senior stakeholders to align business needs with strategic objectives.
Translate complex requirements into insights and recommendations, guiding delivery teams.
Oversee data discovery, profiling, and data quality activities using SQL.
Define source-to-target mappings, data models, and data flows with quality standards.
Own backlog organization with epics, features, and stories aligned to goals.
Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement across teams.
Lead User Acceptance Testing with customer stakeholders and sign-off processes.
Establish standards for post-development materials and ensure delivery quality.
Monitor deliverables and mentor junior analysts.
Contribute to pre-sales activities including estimation and proposals.
Identify risks and bottlenecks and resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery.
