Job summary

Job Squad is seeking a recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring for local markets. You will craft social media job ads, proactively search for candidates, and screen and interview applicants while coordinating with sales and delivery managers to align hiring with business needs.

You will support candidates throughout their journey, leveraging social channels and remote work experience in an international context. This role requires strong Danish language skills and cultural insight.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Danish written and spoken.
• Fluent English, at least B2 level.
• Knowledge of social media as a recruitment tool.
• Willingness to use social media profiles for work purposes.
• Deep understanding of the culture and mentality of the target language country.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local markets.
• Create job advertisements on social media and actively source candidates.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, reference checks, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery managers to understand hiring needs.
• Support candidates throughout the journey, including post-placement follow-ups.
• Identify and develop new sourcing channels to reach potential candidates.
• Process candidate requests and provide timely information.
