Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our remote team. You will source, headhunt, interview, and place candidates for roles abroad, focusing on Danish-speaking talent and English-speaking candidates for various opportunities.

The role offers a paid onboarding period (first 3 months) and then uncapped commission with no earning cap. Expect to devote about 30-40 hours per week, working remotely with an international team.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Danish and English
• Previous recruitment experience preferred
• Freelance/commission-based work experience
• Self-driven, independent, and well-organised

Aufgaben

• Source and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroad
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and assess candidates
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates through the process
• Collaborate with internal team to understand client needs and roles
• Manage your own pipeline and fill open positions
• Follow up with placed candidates for onboarding
