Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian.
• English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of social media and ability to use it for recruitment.
• Willingness to use personal social media profiles for work.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for local markets.
• Create job ads, search, screen, and interview candidates.
• Perform reference checks and feedback sessions.
