Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter. This remote freelance role emphasizes performance and independence, with a paid onboarding period and a commission-based structure after onboarding.

You will source Danish-speaking and English-speaking candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage your own pipeline while coordinating with our international team to connect candidates with opportunities abroad.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• Previous recruitment experience (agency or international setting preferred).
• Comfortable freelancing in a commission-based environment.
• Skilled at sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn and social media.
• Self-driven, organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
• Manage your own pipeline and proactively fill open roles.
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding.
