Job Squad is seeking a recruiter to manage local market recruitment with flexibility and remote options. You will craft social media ads, actively search for candidates, and conduct screenings, interviews, and reference checks. The role emphasizes understanding regional culture and collaborating with sales and delivery managers.

Qualifications

• Native-level Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• English language at B2 level or higher.
• Experience using social media for recruitment.
• Willingness to use social profiles for work purposes.
• Deep understanding of regional culture and mentality.
• Sales or recruitment experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in international environments or remote work is a plus.

Requirements
