Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our remote team. You will source, headhunt, interview, and place candidates for roles abroad, focusing on Danish-speaking talent and English-speaking candidates for various opportunities.

The role offers a paid onboarding period (first 3 months) and then uncapped commission with no earning cap. Expect to devote about 30-40 hours per week, working remotely with an international team.

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.

About the Role

As a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.

During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis - with no earning cap.

You should be comfortable dedicating around 30-40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroad
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
• Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish (native or near-native level) and proficient in English
• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred)
• Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media)
• Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently
• Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad
