You will craft social media ads, actively search for candidates, and conduct screenings, interviews, and reference checks. Qualifications

• Native-level Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• English language at B2 level or higher.
• Experience using social media for recruitment.
• Willingness to use social profiles for work purposes.
• Deep understanding of regional culture and mentality.
• Sales or recruitment experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in international environments or remote work is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets.
• Create job advertisements on social media and proactively search for candidates.
• Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and feedback sessions.
• Build strong relationships with sales and delivery managers to understand employment needs.
• Support candidates throughout their journey, including post-placement follow-ups.
• Identify and develop new sourcing channels to contact potential candidates.
• Process candidate requests and provide relevant information
