Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in recruitment or sales.
• Comfortable using social media as a recruitment tool.
• Solid English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Energetic, creative, and people-oriented personality.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with job seekers and company partners.
• Use social media to engage, attract, and source top talent.
• Collaborate with an international team using Slack, Google Drive, and TeamTailor.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
