Job summary

ACCO Brands is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Sr. Cybersecurity Manager to lead a global team of analysts, secure the company’s digital ecosystem, and drive risk-reduction initiatives across business units and infrastructure.

Reporting to the VP of Global Cybersecurity and Infrastructure, this role oversees day-to-day cybersecurity operations, drives strategic security initiatives, and serves as a key liaison across IT, business units, and external partners.

Qualifications

Seasoned cybersecurity leader with global team management experience.
Experience aligning security initiatives with enterprise risk posture and business objectives.
Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, risk reporting, and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, SOX).
Proven ability to drive secure architectures, cloud controls, and incident response processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor cybersecurity analysts and engineers.
Oversee daily security operations, monitoring, triage, and incident response.
Drive vulnerability management, patching SLAs, and threat intelligence.
Oversee cloud security controls in Azure and other providers; ensure secure SDLC integration.
Design and manage Third-Party Risk Management and vendor relationships.
